1. Overview
BeHenClaudey ("we", "our", or "the board") is a community scrapbook for pinning up, voting on, and laughing at the funny, absurd, or catastrophic blunders made by AI coding and productivity agents. We respect your privacy and design our systems to collect only the bare minimum data necessary to run the service.
2. Information We Collect
Account & Google Authentication Data
When you sign in using Google OAuth or email, we receive your email address, your name, and profile avatar URL provided by Google. We use this to authenticate you, create your profile, and assign your unique public handle (e.g., @pixel_arlo). We only request basic identity scopes (openid, email, profile) and will never request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or other sensitive Google services.
Community Submissions & Activity
When you post on the board, we store your blunder title, model tag, quote, optional uploaded screenshot/clip, comments, and upvotes. Your public handle is displayed alongside content you post.
Technical & Log Data
Like any web service, our servers receive standard browser request information, such as IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps, used solely for rate limiting, bot prevention, and operational stability.
3. Google User Data & Limited Use Policy
BeHenClaudey's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- We never sell your Google user data to any third party or data broker.
- We never use your Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or credit assessment.
- We never use your data to train generalized AI/machine learning models without explicit consent.
- Human staff cannot view your private Google account data unless required for security emergencies, with your explicit authorization for support, or when required by law.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your user account and verify your identity.
- To attribute blunders, comments, and votes to your community profile.
- To send essential transactional notifications (e.g. login links or reply alerts if enabled).
- To detect and prevent spam voting, automated abuse, and violations of community rules.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small number of reputable infrastructure partners who process data under strict confidentiality:
- Supabase — Database storage, Row-Level Security, and identity management.
- Cloudflare / Lovable — Hosting, SSL encryption, and high-speed content delivery network (CDN).
- Resend — Transactional email delivery for account verifications.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You retain complete control over your data on BeHenClaudey:
- Content Removal: You can edit or delete blunders and comments you authored directly from the interface.
- Revoke Google Access: You can disconnect BeHenClaudey at any time from your Google Security Permissions.
- Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated profile data permanently, contact us at privacy@behenclaudey.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
